Hi suemcp001,
You will only need to cancel if you have been signed up for auto-renewal through Webroot. You can find information on how to stop automatic renewal in this KB Article.
If you are not signed up for auto-renewal then you don't need to do anything but uninstall Webroot through the usual Control Panel/Programs/ Uninstall Programs option in Windows.
