How do I change a setting? WEBROOT keeps removing a file for my embroidery machine Software

I purchased a new Lenovo computer and it had anther malware remover on it and Best buy gave me WEBROOT to replace it when the trial ran out. Now that I have stated used it, it removes a file for the software that operates my embroidery machine and I have to completly install the software to use my machine, any ideas? It is frustrating.
