How do I change my email address?
I changed email servers over a year ago, but have been unable to get webroot to change my email address (December 18, 2015 was last time I attempted to get it done). What is the procedure I need to follow to have this done? Thanks, sam4red

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am afraid that users cannot change the email with which they registered WSA...that has to be undertaken by Webroot themselves. I would therefore Open a Support Ticket to advise the Support Team of you circumstances and to request them to change the email for you.
Also make sure that you ask them to make sure that they check to make sure that any Password Manager data you may have stored is not affected by the change and that if it is then the do the necessary as well...I am sure that they would anyway but always best to make sure...;)
