I am a older baby boomer so this is a challenge to me. keep getting a message "your current security settings do not allow this file to be down loaded" while trying to download PDF form.
This just started doing this.
how do I change security settings to allow PDF download ? webroot ?

You are using IE?
Try:
Open Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools/Internet Options/Security/ Custom Level
Scroll to "Launching applications and unsafe file"
Select "Prompt".
Click on OK to validate.
