How do I configure SecureAnywhere to send email when an infection is found?  It's a serious pain in the ass to monitor multiple devices when the users of those devices can't be trusted to communicate issues.

You can manage and monitor multiple devices at your webconsole

To add on to what DTouch has said, when it comes to email notifications while the Business Endpoint can be configured for such, the Home versions cannot be.  The online manager is pretty easy to use, especially as the home licenses cover a rather small number of devices each.

Thanks for answering the question. I'm using the home version. The online manager is not the issue. The problem is that I have to actively go check for problems on my 7 devices instead of being automatically notified when there's a problem on one of them. Having to go looking for problems, even if I can see all my devices in one place, is a pain in the ass, and more to the point, it's dangerous. If a problem develops, the problem remains until I happen to go looking for problems.

when a problem arrives.. webroot automatically blocks it. There is not much you can do when there is an infection. You can later check the quarantine and choose to process it or restore it.
