How do i copy and retrieve files from webroot cloud?
I am changing computers and need to move files from old computer to new computer

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I have never tried this my self but I would suggest that if you install WSA on the new system and use the same keycode then you should be able to retireve a BACKED UP (not Sync'd) files/folders on the new system. I will have to give this a try myself to see if it works.
