My icon on my desktop is not getting me into Webroot and I am having difficulty making a new one.  Can you help me?

Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

First delete the existing icon on your desktop. Then open the Webroot PC interface (click Webroot icon in system tray, by clock). Then click on Advanced Settings in the upper right. Please uncheck the box Show a shortcut on the desktop. Then click save. Then go back and re-check that box and save.

?

You should now have the Webroot icon on your desktop. If not please let me know as there is another way to do this.

Hope this info helps, please let us know.:)

Thanks,
BD
