how do i delete a user from the SecureAnywhere console?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.
To delete a user, someone who also has access to the console and is listed under "Manage Users" (drop-down menu next to your email address, upper-right in the Web Console), I believe you will need to contact support and ask them to delete it.
To delete a computer or device from the Web Console log in and choose PC Security or Mobile Security. Then click on the computer/device you want to delete, then click Commands tab and choose Deactivate from the menu (Remove Device for Mobile). Webroot will automatically be uninstalled from the device as well.
