how do i delete email webroot has tagged

lots of emails with a paperclip when i try to delete the spam it says a problem has ocuured while trying to open this message

Thanks for the response...are you viewing your emails online via a browser or are you using an email client such as Thunderbird or Windows Mail, etc.?
 
Also what is the exact text of the message that comes up when you try to delete the spam mail with the attachments?
