I keep getting a message about starthelp.exe when I start up my sruface pro 3. I have never enabled it, of course, but I don't know how to get rid of it. My WebRoot is up to date and I have performed several scans, but it has not picked it up. How do I get rid of it?

After doing some research of this "starthelp.exe," my advice is to Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription. And they will gladly check this out for you.
