I am unable to install Lexmark printer software with the Webroot activated.  I don't have a system icon tray and when I go to advanced settings on Webroot it will not allow me to install an icon tray saying my webroot is controlled by Secure Anywhere.  I think I need the icon tray to temporarily disable Webroot.  Help!

Hello flatt8, welcome to the Webroot Community!

To get the systray icon to be visible, simply to the following:

Open WSA
Click Advanced Settings at the upper right
The very first sceen of Advanced Settings is the place we want to be.  Put a check into the box next to "Show a systen tray icon"
Cick Save at the bottom
Exit

Now you should be able to find the tray icon.  On it, you can right click and select "Shut Down Protection"

Don't forget to restart WSA once you have the printer installed!

I hope this helps, but if you have more questions, please let us know.
