How do I do a full or a deep scan

The default scan setting in WSA is in fact 'Deep'. To carry out a 'Full' scan click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab, and from the next panel select the 'Scan & Shields' tab and when on that click on the 'Custom Scan' button. In the options revealed you can then select a 'Deep' scan.
