Can you tell me if Webroot has detected an infection?
WSA is normally able to remove any threats found on it's own without any help or interference. Sometimes, however, for one reason or another, it detects a threat that cannot be removed automatically. When this happens, the best solution is to let Webroot Support take a look and remove it for you.
