how do I find out which email address I used

I entered the email and password it was not recogniszed said would give me an email for the password and it nevers shows up

    Did you purchase from Webroot online or from Best Buy? If from Best Buy conatct them here and if you purchased from Webroot online then please submit the form below in the link I provided.
     
    Webroot can send you another email with your information. By going here. http://www.webroot.com/us/en/redownloads Try this and see if you can get this information. Or Call Webroot here at 1-866-612-4268
     
    Maybe we can ask our moderator to look up your email if you can send him a Personal Message of your keycode.
