Are you asking about the Webroot keycode to install?
If you purchased Webroot online you should get a email from Webroot or if you purchased from Best Buy. If you have a Webroot DVD boxed version this will be on the box with a 20 digit code. Keycode starts for example SADF-ABCF- ....etc.
