How do I get rid of Conexant universal device install/uninstall applicatio?

After about 3 minutes, a pop up "Device driver installation wizard" appears with only one button: "OK".  All I can do is click on OK, but te next time i start the computer it shows up again after 3 minutes. This not a threat but is annoying.

    If I may add to what Sheery has advised...if you are running on a 32bit system then the program concerned will be:
     
    • UIU32a.exe - Conexant Universal Device Install/Uninstall x86 Application
    rather than that which Sherry posted, which is of course for 64bit systems.  Uninstall process is the same reagrdless of which version (64 or 32 bit) of system you are running.
