Hi there.

This is most likely PUA which Webroot doesn't detect. Alot of PUAS are detected but not some of them. @ would you show medgould the KB article for this? I'm not at a computer right now.

Hello medgould,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

My advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket because this does sound difficult to remove this yourself. Support is free of charge with a Webroot subscription.

Hope this helps?

It may not be dificult to do if I had the time research it and then implement the fix.  But is that not what I have paid webroot to do is keep these and other productivity leaching apps off my computer.

What you have is what we call a PUA see here for more info: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Techie-KB/How-to-Remove-Potentially-Unwanted-Applications/ta-p/40744 and if in the end do as Sherry said and Submit a Support Ticket.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
