Hi,
Somehow a web bar has appeared at the top of my screen even when I do not have my browzer open. It does not seem related to chrome and has no X to close it. When left clicked, it simply says about Web Bar and gives me the company name. I ran a scan but it does not seem to detect a threat. Also, now when I go to google, a similar website called Trovia appears. I close it immediatly and run a scan. Same result. How do I handle this?
Thanks,
Larry Stewart

Hello
The best thing to do is to Open a Support Ticket, and ask Webroot Support to take a look and remove this for you. There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.
