I am done. I uninstalled webroot last night. I have never dealt with such a protection system and, when I ask a question, I was directed to to many others for answers! What a bummer. I thought I was getting a great product according to the reviews I read. But, you can read anything on the internet. Good luck webroot.

Well, I also am having trouble figuring out how to post my question. I entered it in the search box and it came back with no matches, so now I'd like to ask the community for help. But first I have to know HOW to ask the community for help. Please give very specific step-by-step instructions. I am a concrete-thinking senior! Thx!
