how do i identify a PC that is covered under my webroot plan? i don't know what its name refers to
i have a PC protected on my WR plan that I don't recognize. it was named before I got the PC. how can I identify what PC or laptop it refers to, in its name listed on WR?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I have understood what or are looking for then what I would do on each PC that you have is to use the Start Menu search field and type in 'System Information' which should give you an option called 'System Information' to click on.
When you do that it should open on the System Summary page and if you look at the items listed in the right hand pane you should find an entry for 'System Name'...that should indicate what the name of your system is on the device in question and it is that name that is reflected under the WSA plan or in the online console (HERE) in the list of protected PCs.
