I don't know how to instal the web root toolbar.

Hello ?,

Which toolbar are you referring to?

After installing Webroot, when you open your browser you should receive a notification to enable both the Password Manager and the Webroot Filtering Extension.

If you would let me know what browser you are using I could walk you through the steps to manually enable those.

I am  using Internet Explorer.I don't know what the filtering connection is.

Ok, If you open Internet Explorer and click the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the browser, you should see the option to "Manage Add-Ons". You can also open Internet Explorer, Hold ALT and the X key and it will bring up that menu, then select manage addons and make sure that any listed under "Webroot" are currently enabled.

Report back to me with what you see there.

Everything marked web root is enabled
