how do I install webroot on another computer

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
Simple really. You just download the installer to the computer you want to install on. I will assume that you are using a PC so the Webroot version for here or the Best Buy version from here, depending on with whom your subscription is with.
 
Then making sure that you have (i) your keycode to hand and (ii) you are connected to the Internet you run the installer, enter the keycode when prompted and sit back and let one of the lighest and quickest installers do it thing, responding to any prompts that it may offer you during the process..  When the initial scan is complet just reboot your computer and that should be it.
 
I should point out that if you are installing on more than one device your keycode/subscription should be for at least the number of devices yo plan to install WSA on.
