how do I install webroot to my second computer

Have webroot valid for 3 pcs. How do I install on second, webroot was bought through Best Buy

    Welcome to the Webroot Community,
     
    Please follow the steps closely!
     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
    • KEEP the computer online for the install to make sure it works correctly
    • Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot

      No it tells me my key code is invalid.

        Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Did you purchase from Best Buy recently? Are you using the same keycode as your first computer? Is this a renewal or a new purchase?

          I purchased this from Best Buy with my laptop in 2009, I think, and renew automatically each year. This is the first time I have tried to install it on a second PC. I am using the keycode I found on the 'My Account' page for Webroot on my laptop.
