How do I install webroot to my second computer, I have purchased the one for 3 systems.

    Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    Sure no problem! Here you go! (These instructions are only for a PC not a Mac)
     
    Please follow the steps closely!

     
    • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
    • KEEP the computer online for the  Webroot install to make sure it works correctly
    • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
    • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
    • Let it finish it's install scan
    • Reboot

    I'm trying to install the antivirus software on my Surface tablet and when ever i try to run the softwhere it says it can not run the app on my PC???? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Welcome to the Community Forums.
     
    Can you advise as to what model of Surface Tablet you are trying to install onto? If a Surface or Surface 2 then I am afraid that you will be out of luck. So let us know and if necessary I can look to explain.
