Help, I need to know how to make a shorcut on my desktop!

I assume you mean a shortcut for Webroot.
Open the Webroot program on your computer. and clisck on Advanced settings.
On the next screen make sure the "Show a shortcut on the desktop box is checked
Click on save then fill in the captcha and it should be sorted for you.
