Webroot has System Optimizer if you have WebrootSecureAnywhere Complete or if you have the Webroot Gamers version.
If you are looking for a software cleaner for temporary files and browsing history you can use CCleaner (by Piriform) that does a good job cleaning things up. Also you can use Windows Disk Cleanup.
