How do I perform a full scan?
How do I perform a full scan? I have been told by that a scan lasting only a few minutes isn't A full scan.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,
There is no need to run a 'Full Scan' with WSA as the default 'Deep' scan is the equivalent in WSA terms. For more information on the difference between a 'Full' scan and a 'Deep' scan please see this KB Article. Here is the PC User Guide
if you wish to customise a scan you do this by clicking on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab in the amin app panel, click on the Scan & Shields'tab in the next panel displayed, the 'Scan & Shields' panel click on the 'Custom scan' tab in the bottom lefthand corner & that should reveal all the scanning options available
