No antivirus software is needed (or even available) for Chromebooks. As it stands today. There are NO user installed antivirus options for Chromebooks. This is their policy, not Webroot. Android has nothing to do with it. As to what the future holds, who knows. Speculating what that may be is pointless, unless you can tell me what the winning lottery numbers will be. 😉
