How do I remove a PC no longer in use to make room for another PC?

How do I remove a PC from my PC security panel that is no longer in use to make room for another PC?  I have a five PC account, however two of the PC's are no longer in use and I would like to secure my wife's computer. I have plenty of time remaining on my subscription.
