Welcome to the Webroot Community,
To uninstall Webroot you can go to the Control Panel/Add Remove Programs/Webroit/uninstall.Then you should be all set. If you are having troubles with your Online Account Console you can always Submit a Support Ticket and they can look into this for you.

Sherry is right. If the Control Panel route doesn't work, try the same steps in Safe Mode.
