How do I remove webroot from my PC??

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You should just uninstall it just like any other application, i.e., via the Add/Remove Programs Control Panel applet. Select the option for Webroot SecureAnywhere & then click on 'Uninstall', and then follow the prompts, etc.
