Hello @ and Welcome to the Forum. Curious, did the disk come with any instructions? I know that when renewing your subscription online, the software does all of the work and you may or may not have been issued a new keycode. Please do not enter the keycode in any postings here. (For your own security). When renewed online, Webroot uninstalls the old version and reinstalls the new version. It is possible that you may want to contact the Sales Dept. (where you purchased the disc) for assistance. I don't think that you have to wait for the old version to actually end in order to install form the disc. Hopefully, one of the more knowledgable guides will have more details.

All the best,
Theresa

Hello ?,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

May I add that you do not need the Webroot disk to install Webroot.

When your old key code is expired or within a day of being expired: As I would  think that you would not want to loose your remaining days with your existing subscription.

Just open your current WSA
Click My Account
Enter the new key code in the space provided
Click Activate

If your old and new key codes are for WSA Antivirus (Single Device) , that is all you have to do!

If you have Webroot Anywhere Internet Security Plus with Password Manager then you will need toSubmit a Support Ticket to transfer your passwords to your new keycode..
