How Do I Shut Down WSA So That It Does Not Rre-start When I Reboot?
I've been getting false error reports on my Windows Updates and Windows Live Mail. Whenever I download messages to WLM, I get a report that 1 of 2 tasks failed. My WU shows one important update, but it fails to update. I do get all the messages downloaded and I have the latest IE. I was told by an expert that this problem may be caused by WSA, and that I should close it and reboot. Closing it is easy enough; however, when I reboot WSA starts again. How can I prevent this from happening?
