How do I stop pop up sites while searching?
Everytime I do a search a new tab is opened with advertisement. I thought webroot would prevent this. How do I enable the ad blocker?

Welcome both to the Community Forums.
Essentially it depends on what browser you are using. In most cases you need to go to the Settings, for the broswer that you are using, and find the Addons or Extensions page and from there use the search facility to find & install a suitable ad/popup blocker. There are numerous options but the ones that tend to be used by Community members are:
Chrome; AdBlock Plus, uBlock
Firefox; AdBlock Plus, AdBlock Edge
IE; AdBlock Plus
It is best to experiment and see which works best for you where are there are multiple options.
Do post back if you have any trouble getting hold of these and installing them.
