How do I stop Webroot from removing a app that I use daily?
I have been using a Cloud app for months now. Webroot has suddenly decided that it is a threat and keeps removing it from my PC. How do I stop my Webroot from deleting it every time I download it?

The best way to resolve this will be to submit a Trouble Ticket and ask Support to "Whitelist" the program and it's files. There is no charge for this and Support usually responds within a few hours.
