I had webroot installed by Geeksquad today and can no longer access Sabre, which is my Travel Agent portal. I have to have it in order to do my job.

There are 3 key places in WSA where a block may be applied. Please see this Knowledge Base article for details of each, how to access them and what there varying statuses are, the considerations to make when changingthem to unblock any files blocked, etc.
