How do I uninstall this program

HELP!  I can not get rid of this program.  Uninstall does not uninstall it.  It keeps coming back no matter what I do.  I don't want it!  HELP!

      The KB article does not work for me.  Although I can go into the programs file and see Webroot, even the uninstall command, when I try to manually delete webroot the computer can not find the program.  Same with my uninstall command that supposedly looks at all program files - however webroot is not shown.  Somehow Webroot is hiding from the uninstall commands.  NMote:  when I use the uninstall command in the webroot file, it acts like it is uninstalling webroot, even asks for comments as to why I want to uninstall, then asks if I want to retry wwebroot, but the program never goes away.  Please don't tell me that I have to re-subscribe in order to get help to get rid of this program which I never wanted in the first place (it was pre-installed - Best Buy - for free for a while)
