How do you download new software?
I enter the 20 digit code.....yet my old webroot with old code keeps showing.?????

If you already have Webroot installed then please try this...
Open WSA (Click Webroot icon by clock)
?
Click on gear next to My Account.
?
Enter NEW keycode in box on right and click Activate.

at the bottom it asks me to renew at 25% off. I did that over an hour ago. Got my new number. Why cant I download???
