how is there 4 computers showing up on my screen when I go to webroot access anywhere?
I'm showing 4 computers being protected when it should only be 3.

While checking into the Account Console are all 4 computers using the same keycode? You might need to Deactivate a PC if you are not using one. Check the computer with the latest WR Version and see when it was last scanned.
Take a look at this KB Article, it should walk you through it.
Also you can Submit a Support Ticket and they can take a look for you which is free of charge with an active Webroot subscription.
