How long to get key code?

I purchased from Webroot directly and paid online via paypal.
 
It has been over an hour with no email with key code.
I went to site and requested it again, and still no email with key code.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
 
I am afraid that there is nothing that we can do here in the Community in erlation to this as we are just volunteers (with no access to Webroot back office systems).  I would give it a little while longer and then if you are still having no joy I would Open a Support Ticket, explaining the issue so that hopefully the Support Team can take a look and see what if anything is holding things up.
 
EDIT: You could check with your credit card company to see if the subscription fee has appeared on your account; that would atleast let you know if the issue is at the Webroot end or with the card company, as sometimes happens in these cases.
 
Let us know how you get on and post back tomorrow eitherway.

Glad to hear it...and thanks for letting us know.  This is useful as we have had a number of queries similar to yours...so suspect that it is just due to the weekend (perhaps the back office systems are also having a long weekend...;))
