How many mobile devices can you add to the internet security complete? I already have added 2 mobile phones and 4 computers, so I'm just wondering how many more phones can I add?

That does sound a little strange but then again until you can confirm exactly how many devices your subscription is for we cannot really tell any more. Are you sure that you do not have more than one subscription?
This has happened in the past when a person purchasing or renewing has inadvertently ended up wit more than one subscription...but that is easy to check as there is one keycode per subscription so if you only have one keycode then it is one subscription.
Well, if the system is allowing you the option to add more devices then I see no reason as to why not to take advantage but it may be wise to check with Sales or the Support Team (Open a Support Ticket) especially if there is the likelihood that some of the devices that are apparently protected are in fact not...if you get my drift.

The WSA subscription comes with a defined number of devices and there are various levels to chose from. If you have a 5 device license/subscription then you would be able to have up to 5 devices registered/protected under that subscription in any combination, i.e., 1 PC, 1 Mac & 3 mobile devices or 2 PCs & 3 mobile devices, etc.
How many devices are covered by your current subscription?

Well that's what I was trying to figure out, because I got the subscription Internet security complete, I suppose it was for 5 devices. Right now I got 4 PCs and 2 mobile phones but has another icon to add another mobile device. So I'm just confused to if I can add up to 3 more devices because I got 6 total now. If that makes sense.

+19I'd also be interested in the answer to this one as I'm in a similar position with a 5 user licence, I've got 3 PCs 2 Laptops and an Android mobile protected. I would have expected to see some warning if you have exceeded to number of devices but I haven't seen any warning so far.

+19I'm fine, thanks Baldrick, hope you're well, yes does seem interesting I would normally expect that if one tries to exceed the number of devices on your licence you would receive a warning or you wouldn't be able to activate the extra device.

+56It doesn't warn you in the moment, but later on if there are more activations than are allowed it will send you an email prompting you to add more licenses. We don't want to stop you from protecting a device right away if necessary, so we follow up with you later to true up.
