I see from another post that you can add WSA web filter to Opera...-
I Hate Chrome, want to uninstall it, and install Opera again.
Will WSA automatically install the web filter on install, or...?

I am confused?-
-Do I 1st install Opera, then download this file from within Opera.
- or download file to a desktop folder from IE11 now, and then click on it after Opera is installed, or...?

You install Opera first on our system, then you paste the link provided in the address bar of the browser. That will take you to the Chrome Store and the correct page for the extension. From there you just click the add button and follow the on screen prompts.

Simples....;)

Thank you for the detailed reply on Opera install!
After clicking on several links... I finally got it to download, then had to click on a warning to install.
It is now on the menu bar, and working good! :o)
