At the end of April I got a pop-up message on my PC stating I had a possible virus and it froze. I called the number on the screen (Fastfix 123) and I paid them for a complete system clean, etc, and purchased Webroot version 8.0.8.88 End protection. I may have gotten scammed (don't know) but I do know they did a remote fix, upgraded my Windows, and installed Webroot. The problem is that I don't know my keycode. Only part of the number. How can I get my keycode.
Any suggestions?
