how to get passwords from a laptop on my webroot
my wifes laptop is on my webroot but i cant get her passwords to show up on my pc and i am the admin how do i see her passwords on my password manager

Please Log into your Account Conole
At the upper right, click your email address
Select Manage Users
Here you can set up one for your wife.
IF you have only one user profile set up, click that Create New Users button! Each user profile is, just like yours, a specific email address. Create an additional user who needs a Password Manager profile.
For each user, once created, go over the permissions. You can allow each user Console access, or block them from it. For each one you will need to set the permissions for Passwords... your users will not be able to access each others files OR passwords.
Go over all of the settings/permissions for each user as to what accesses you want each to have. I do suggest that you do not provide Admin Console Access to the other users...... that will give them access to make changes.
