how to get rid of virus "OneSyncSvc_2b939
Webroot shows 5 threats, of which an example is shown as the title. Webroot cleans them, but they return on reboot. How can them be cleaned forever from my PC?

If you are getting a reoccurrence of something that WSA has identified and removed then I would Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can investigate as what you are describing is not normal behaviour as it suggests that the cleaning process has notbeen effective and left residue that allows the theat to reestablish itself.

Thanks for trying to help but generally we do not recommend or sugest to users that they make changes to the Registry given that making an inadvertant or incorrect change can result in issues.
When that is is the case we pas them on to the Support Team who are best placed to advise as to the best & safest course of action.
