Hello ?

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Please try to download WSA again using the instructions and links below;

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode.
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks,

bd

Hi mikez

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Just to be clear the issue is not with installing WSA but rather with trying to download it after the Windows 10 upgrade?

If that is the case then I would try a number of things...reboot your system, try using a different web browser to undertake the download even if that is just a temporary measure (there are portable versions of a lot of the browsers out there so no need to install anything), and last but not least did you not already have a copy of the installer on your system prior to the upgrade? If so then try using that rather than trying to download another copy of the installler...even if it is an older version WSA once installed will self update to the latest version.

If however it is in fact the installler that is failing midway through, and what BD has suggested does not work, then I would Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Desk know and see if they can identify what is occurring/resolve the issue for you.

Regards, Baldrick
