how to remove norton
how do i uninstall norton i right click on norton and click remove with webroot and it does nothing

The utility with Webroot is to securely erase files, such as pictures or documents in order to help keep them from being 'undeleted' or recovered in the future. In order to unintall software you MUST ALWAYS use proper software uninstallers. These uninstallers can be a part of the software itself, or third part software designed for the purpose.
