Welcome to the Community Forums.
WSA does not have a anit spam feature so there will be no help from that quarter. You could try speaking to your ISP to see if they have a spam filter on their servers (most do in my experience) and see if there is anyway they can dial them up for your account.
The only other alternative is to install/use a dedicated anti spam application, which I do. If you are interested in that I can pass on some suggestions as to potential apps to try but to do so you will need to private message (PM) me as discussions of other vendors' software is against Community Guidelines.
