How to turn off Anti Virus

Welcome to the Community Forum,
 
Please do this,you can right click on the system tray icon, select 'Shutdown Protection', confirm that you want to shutdown Webroot, enter the CAPTCHA code presented to you and that should do it.
 
Unless you have a Mac and that's abit different.

I would be very,very careful about turning off WSA just because an app yor are trying to install tells you you should. Do you know the app well, etc., as there should be no need to do so.
 
If it is not essential that you use the app concerned I would avoid using it given this strange request.
