How to uninstall webroot on Mac

I can’t get Webroot to uninstall on my Mac.  I’ve tried everything, including using the rm command in terminal.  But it tells me “permission denied.”  Has anyone dealt with this issue before?  Thanks for any help you can provide.

    This is an issue that some mac users run into, for sure. I know that our support team uses some very specific (and unknown to me) console commands to resolve uninstall issues. Please reach out to them via THIS LINK and they’ll be able to get you sorted!
